基于文化自信的地方高校遗产旅游管理人才培养途径探索——以乐山师范学院为例

随着国家大力实施文化自信战略,加快推进文旅深度融合发展,遗产旅游再次成为发展新重点和研究新热点,但有关遗产旅游教育和专业人才培养的研究较为缺乏.文章辨析了文化自信、遗产与遗产旅游的内在逻辑关系,揭示了遗产旅游发展的四大特点及三大趋势,并以乐山师范学院为例,总结其遗产旅游教育和人才培养的历史与经验,提出了未来遗产旅游教育发展与人才培养的途径措施,以期对高校旅游管理复合型、应用型专业人才培养途径的探索与实践提供借鉴启示.
An Exploration on the Cultivation Path of Heritage Tourism Management Talents in Local Universities from Cultural Self-confidence Perspective:A Case Study of Leshan Normal University
With the vigorous implementation of the cultural self-confidence strategy and the acceleration of the in-depth in-tegration of culture and tourism,heritage tourism has once again become a new focus of tourism development and a new research hotspot.However,there is a lack of research on heritage tourism education and the cultivation of professional talents.Firstly,the internal logical relationship among cultural self-confidence,heritage and heritage tourism is analyzed.Then,the four characteristics and three trends of heritage tourism development are revealed.Finally,the history and experience of heritage tourism education and talents cultivation are summarized based on a case study of Leshan Normal University.Some measures for the development of heritage tourism education and talents cultivation in the future are put forward in order to provide references for the cultivation for compound and application-oriented professional talents in tourism management.
