The Development of Information Ethics Education in Japan and its Enlightenment on Digital Citizenship Literacy Education in China
Information and communication technology has changed the teaching models in the digital age,and the emergence of artificial intelligence has accelerated the process of this change.Based on a review of the development history of information ethics education in Japan,an analysis of its limitation factors,and an exploration of the dominant factors behind policy transformation,it can be found that information ethics literacy education in Japan,mainly dominated by network etiquette and moral constraints,is transforming towards critical evaluation of digital citizenship education.The examination of the transformation characteristics of in-formation ethics education in Japan from the perspective of digital citizenship helps China further improve the teaching system of information technology courses in primary and secondary schools,promoting smart learning centered on digital citizenship literacy and enhancing the evaluation capacity of primary and secondary school students towards digital information.
