Following the"five education"and promoting the integration of labor education and professional education is an impor-tant aspect of the high-quality development of labor education in the new era,as well as a crucial approach to fulfill the funda-mental task of fostering virtue through education in universities.Based on the necessity of labor education in universities,the paper analyzes the significance of the integration of labor education and mental health education,and proposes strategies for the integra-tion of labor education and mental health education in response to the current dilemma of their integration.
