The"Double Reduction"policy marks a new development phase for primary school after-school services.Pro-moting after-school services is a crucial measure to support the achievement of the"Double Reduction"goals and serves as a sig-nificant means to highlight school characteristics and promote students'all-round development.This paper,based on in-depth discussion of three core dimensions,namely construction principles,goal setting,and content development,further analyzes the practical requirements and specific measures,providing practical pathways for an effective integration of university student associa-tions into primary school after-school service programs.
