Research on the Implementation of Individualized Educational Plan for Special Students in Ordinary Schools Based on a Survey in Sichuan
A questionnaire has been used to investigate resource teachers and subject teachers of inclusive education schools in Sichuan Province.The results show that teachers have a positive attitude towards the implementation of individualized education plan with a good effect,but there are difficulties in text formulation.Teachers'professional background,teaching disciplines and training effect have significant influence on the individualized education plan.There are such problems as lack of professional knowledge,absence of guidance and difficulty in cooperating with subject teachers in this plan.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen the requirements for the implementation,to promote law-based and policy-oriented implementation,to promote high-quality integrated education with sound allocation of teaching staff,reinforce support for individual education plan team cooperation model,and to give full play to the training and guidance functions of regional special education resource centers at all levels for teachers'professional development.
