The Impact of Short Video Platform on Tourists'Information Search Behavior from the Perspective of Transactive Memory System:In Case of College Students
Short video platforms gather massive individual knowledge and experience to form a transactive memory system,and tourists obtain the information they need through interactive communication within the system.However,scholars seldom explore how short video platforms affect tourists'information search behavior from the perspective of transactive memory system.Based on this,this paper uses methods as questionnaire survey method and structural equation model to analyze the mechanism of action of short video platforms'behavior characteristics on tourists'information search behavior as a virtual transactive memory system.The findings are as follows:First,the specialization of short video platforms has positive effects on tourists'information search behavior;Secondly,the specialization and coordination of short video platforms has positive effects on tourists'perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use;Finally,perceived usefulness plays a mediating role on the impact of specialization and coordination on tourists'information search behavior,and perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness play a chain mediating role in the impact of specialization and coordination on tourists'information search behavior.
