On the Regulation of Temporary Reproduction of Mixed Reality Book Publications
The imaging process of mixed reality book publications inevitably involves temporary reproduction,and the question of whether temporary reproduction should be regulated by the reproduction right is a matter on which domestic and foreign scholars have their own views.At the same time,the ambiguous attitude of our legislation,the controversial judicial adjudications and the inapplicability of the fair use system to the resolution of this issue all indicate that mixed reality book publications are facing a development dilemma.Based on this,analyzing the conjunction between the implied licence system of copyright and this issue specifically,and it is suggested that the implied licence system should be explicitly required in the copyright rights restriction system.Meanwhile,it follows the principle of the unity of copyright rights and public interests,the restriction of mixed reality book publications as the domain,and the complementary systems such as copyright collective management as the perfection measures,in order to proposes a way to regulate the problem of temporary reproduction of mixed reality book publications combined with the implied licence model,with a view to realizing the synergistic development of mixed reality technology and the traditional copyright system.
