地方院校思政课助力乡村振兴的教学探究

乡村振兴战略是新时代中国乡村社会发展的重大部署,地方院校思政课肩负着助力乡村振兴的时代使命,为振兴乡村提供强劲内在动力和人才支撑.但现实教学中,面临着学生主动参与度较低、教学内容设计与实际需求不相契合、教师团队建设还较为薄弱等诸多问题挑战.突破这些教学现实困境,需要着力培育振兴乡村人才,优化思政课教学课程,打造多学科融合的思政课教师团队,助力乡村振兴高质量发展.
Abstract
The rural revitalization strategy is a significant deployment for the development of rural society in China in the new era.Ideological and political courses at local colleges shoulder the mission of supporting rural revitalization,providing strong internal motivation and talent support for rural revitalization.However,in reality,there are many challenges such as low student engagement,a mismatch between course content design and actual needs,and a relatively weak teaching team.To break through these practical difficulties in teaching,it is necessary to focus on cultivating talents for rural revitalization,optimize the ideological and political courses,and build multidisciplinary integrated teaching teams,supporting the high-quality rural revitalization.
