Effects of DDGS in diet on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of finishing Wuzhishan pigs
The effects of different levels of DDGS on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of finishing Wuzhishan pigs were investigated.48 Wuzhishan pigs with 18 kg body weight were randomly divided into three treatments with four replicates.The control group was fed with basal diet,test Ⅰ and Ⅱ were fed with the DDGS addition of 22％ and 25％.The experiment lasted for 30 days.The results showed that:there was no significant difference in average weight gain,average daily gain and ratio of feed to gain between test Ⅰ and the control groups;for test Ⅱ,the average weight gain and average daily gain were significantly reduced,the feed to gain ratio increased significantly.The feed cost of the control group,test Ⅰ and test Ⅱ were respectively 13.57,12.80 and 12.87 Yuan per kilogram.Under this experimental conditions,it was recommended that 22％ of DDGS was added into the diet of finishing Wuzhishan pigs.
