Research status and prospect on traditional staple corn in China
The research status in recent years on Chinese traditional staple corn with noodles,steamed buns and dumplings were reviewed.The problems existed were analyzed and the measures for improving were put forward to provide the reference for further development and industrial production for the staple corn.
