实现生猪低碳养殖的营养调控研究进展

生猪养殖业是我国畜牧业的重要支柱产业,其产生的碳排放量巨大,对我国乃至全球气候变化都有着不可忽视的影响.因此,生猪低碳养殖是实现我国养猪业绿色可持续发展的重要途径,探索生猪低碳养殖的技术措施迫在眉睫.饲料生产环节是生猪养殖系统碳排放的源头,也是最重要的碳排放环节.采用适当的营养调控技术不仅能从源头减少饲料生产环节的温室气体的排放,还能减少后续猪肠道发酵和粪便发酵产生的温室气体的产量,对于减少生猪养殖碳排放意义重大.全文从营养调控的角度出发,综述了饲料的科学配制、饲料的生物处理、添加剂的使用和应用非常规饲料原料等途径实现生猪低碳养殖的科学与可行性,并对生猪养殖碳减排的未来发展进行了展望.
Research progress on nutrition regulation of pig breeding with low-carbon emission
Pig breeding is an important pillar industry of animal husbandry in China,which generates huge carbon emissions,and has a significant impact on China and even global climate change.Therefore,low-carbon pig breeding is an important way to achieve green and sustainable development of pig industry,and it is urgent to explore technical measures for low carbon pig breeding.Feed production is the source of carbon emission in pig farming system,and is also the most important carbon emission link.The adoption of appropriate nutrition control technology can not only reduce the greenhouse gas emissions from the source of feed production,but also reduce the greenhouse gas production from the subsequent pig intestinal fermentation and manure fermentation,which is of great significance for reducing the carbon emissions of pig breeding.From the perspective of nutritional regulation,this paper reviewed the science and feasibility of the scientific preparation of feed,the biological treatment of feed,the use of additives and the application of unconventional feed raw materials to achieve low-carbon pig breeding,and looked for-ward to the future development of carbon emission reduction in pig breeding.
