摘要

大米加工中杂质的控制对保障食品安全至关重要.介绍了大米加工过程中常见的杂质类型,包括塑料、糠块等有机杂质,玻璃、石子等无机杂质.为保证大米的食品安全,必须建立异物管控制度,采取有效的技术措施,减少大米中的石子等恶性杂质.

Abstract

The control of impurities in rice processing is very important to ensure food safety.The common types of impurities in rice processing were introduced,including organic impurities such as plastic and bran,and inorganic impurities such as glass and stone.In order to ensure the food safety of rice,it is necessary to establish a foreign body control system and take effective technical measures to reduce the malignant impurities such as stones in rice.
