摘要
采用 自动电位滴定仪,分别用乙醚-乙醇混合溶液和乙醚-异丙醇混合溶液两种混合溶剂对大豆毛油、菜籽毛油、大豆磷脂油、三级棉籽油、菜粕、猪配合饲料、鸡配合饲料、水产饲料等20种饲料原料及配合饲料的酸价进行了测定,通过对测定结果进行分析比较,结果表明,两种混合溶剂测定的酸价结果没有显著性差异,均可采用.
Abstract
The acid value of 20 kinds of feed raw materials and compound feed.such as soybean crude oil,rapeseed crude oil,soybean phosphatide oil,third-grade cottonseed oil,rapeseed meal,pig compound feed,chicken compound feed,and aquatic feed,were determined by automatic potentiometric titrator with two mixed solvents,ether-ethanol mixture and ether-isopropyl alcohol mixture.The results show that there is no significant difference in the acid value of the two mixed solvents,and both can be used.
