榆林市2021-2022年2种小杂粮安全监测结果分析

通过对 2021-2022 年监督抽检中的 2 种小杂粮(小米、高粱米)样品中铅、镉及黄曲霉毒素B1 含量测定数据的统计,了解榆林地区小米、高粱米的污染程度及安全状况.结果显示,2021-2022 年共监测的 60 批次小米、16 批次高粱米中,铅、镉、黄曲霉毒素B1 存在不同程度的检出,但均未超标,其中检出铅、镉的情况较为普遍,镉的检出率较高,说明榆林地区小米、高粱米存在一定的重金属污染;黄曲霉毒素 B1 的检出率较低,说明真菌毒素污染不严重.基于检测数据,分析了榆林地区小米、高粱米重金属污染、黄曲霉毒素 B1 污染的原因,并提出了相应的防控对策,以期为保障榆林地区的粮食安全提供参考.
Analysis of safety monitoring results of 2 kinds of minor crops in Yulin city from 2021 to 2022
Based on the data of Pb,CD and aflatoxin B1 content in 2 kinds of minor crops(millet and sorghum)sampled by su-pervision and sampling from 2021 to 2022,the pollution degree and safety status of millet and sorghum rice in Yulin area were investigated.The results showed that in 60 batches of millet and 16 batches of sorghum monitored from 2021 to 2022,lead,cad-mium and aflatoxin B1 were detected to varying degrees,but none exceeded the standard.The detection of lead and cadmium was common,and the detection rate of cadmium was high,indicating that millet and sorghum in Yulin area had certain heavy metal pollution.The detection rate of aflatoxin B1 was low,indicating that mycotoxin contamination was not serious.Based on the test data,the causes of heavy metal pollution and aflatoxin B1 pollution of millet and sorghum in Yulin area were analyzed,and corre-sponding prevention and control measures were put forward,in order to provide reference for ensuring food security in Yulin ar-ea.
