摘要

气流式干燥工艺在鱼粉干燥加工中的广泛应用,使得旋风分离器成为鱼粉分离清选的重要设备.通过研究不同入口风速下鱼粉颗粒在旋风分离器内的分离效率,构建旋风分离器三维流场仿真模型,利用STAR-CCM+软件对 10、12、14、16、18、20 m/s的入口风速进行仿真分析,得到不同风速下的入口界面速度云图、压强云图以及颗粒运动轨迹图.通过观察分离效率及分离器内部压强变化,在考虑能源消耗与分离效果后,得出当入口风速调节到 16 m/s时,能够达到较好的鱼粉颗粒分离效果且节约能源.

Abstract

The application of air flow drying process in fishmeal drying industry makes the cyclone separator as an important equipment for fishmeal separation and cleaning.By studying the separation efficiency of fish meal particles in cyclone separators under different inlet wind speeds,a three-dimensional flow field simulation model of cyclone separators was built,and STAR-CCM+software was used to simulate and analyze the inlet wind speeds of 10,12,14,16,18 and 20 m/s.The velocity nepho-gram,pressure nephogram and particle trajectory diagram of inlet interface under different wind speed were obtained.By ob-serving the separation efficiency and the internal pressure change of the separator,and considering the energy consumption and separation effect,it was concluded that when the inlet wind speed was adjusted to 16 m/s,the fishmeal particle separation effect could be achieved and energy saving can be achieved.
