夏季极端天气条件下奶牛场防范及应对措施

受"杜苏芮"台风影响,2023 年 7 月 29 日至 8 月 1 日,河北保定、石家庄、邯郸等大部分地区出现强降雨天气.极端天气对河北省奶牛养殖生产造成了严重的影响.了解到此次持续的强降雨天气导致部分奶牛场存在圈舍、挤奶厅漏雨现象,圈舍、运动场、堆粪区积水现象严重,草料库淋雨和饲料受潮等问题,后期易出现奶牛乳房炎和趾蹄病发病率升高等不良影响.就气象灾害性天气影响,降低灾后奶牛经济损失,河北省现代农业产业技术体系奶牛创新团队高效养殖岗、定州综合试验站、承德综合试验站相关岗、站专家针对牧场实际情况,从暴雨前准备、雨中防护、雨后牧场应对措施等方面提出相关建议.指导牧场重视夏季极端天气(强降雨)所带来的危害,确保奶牛场安全度过汛期.
Prevention and countermeasures of dairy farm under extreme weather conditions in summer
Affected by Typhoon"Doksuri",from July 29 to August 1,2023,Baoding,Shijiazhuang,Handan and other parts of Hebei Province experienced heavy rainfall weather.Extreme weather has seriously affected dairy production in Hebei Province.It is learned that this continuous heavy rainfall has led to rain leakage in some dairy houses and milking halls,serious ponding in the houses,sports fields and dung areas,rain in the forage bank and moisture in the feed,etc.In the later stage,it is easy to have adverse effects such as cow mastitis and increased incidence of toe and hoof disease.In order to reduce the impact of meteoro-logical disasters and reduce the economic losses of dairy cows after disasters,experts from the efficient breeding post,Dingzhou Comprehensive Test Station and Chengde Comprehensive Test Station of the dairy cow innovation team of Hebei modern agri-cultural industrial technology system put forward relevant suggestions from the aspects of preparation before the rainstorm,protection in the rain,and countermeasures for the pasture after the rain according to the actual situation of the pasture.Guide ranches to pay attention to the hazards caused by extreme summer weather(heavy rainfall)and ensure the safety of dairy farms during the flood season.
