Research on the construction and value realization of fruit chain under circular economy—Take the cider in-dustry as an example
As one of the important industries in our country,fruit has the status quo of insufficient utilization of resources.The construction of the"ecological circular fruit industry"industrial chain,with the optimization of resource allocation as the core,environmental protection as the goal,technological innovation as the driving force,the formation of a characteristic eco-logical circular economy model,and the realization of harmonious development between man and nature are of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of the fruit industry.Based on this,taking wine apple as an example,based on the theo-retical cognition of circular economy,food chain and industrial symbiosis,in-depth analysis of the current situation of apple in-dustry chain,analysis of the key links causing resource waste and environmental pollution,learning from high-quality ecological industrial parks,regional ecological industry chain and other models,integration of apple industry with upstream and down-stream industries.Through the recycling of resources and waste,the ecological industry chain of apple is rebuilt.Then analyze the value realization way of the industrial chain,in order to achieve the goal of simultaneous improvement of economic benefits and ecological benefits.
