玉米浸泡液深度浓缩增值技术开发与应用

玉米浸泡作为湿法生产玉米淀粉的重要生产工序,关系到产品的质量和得率.介绍了玉米浸泡液现有工厂处理的技术现状,针对玉米浸泡液经蒸发系统浓缩后的浓玉米浆不能完全喷入纤维中,还有1/3的浓玉米浆无法处理的问题,提出了一种深度增值技术方案,供相关厂家参考.
Development and application of value-added techniques concerning deep concentration of corn-soaking liquid
Corn soaking is a critical procedure in cornstarch preparation by wet milling,which associates with both quality and yield of the final product.In this paper,an introduction is made to the status quo of corn-soaking liquid processing techniques in factories.The corn steep liquor resulting from concentration of corn-soaking liquid in evaporation system cannot be wholly sprayed into fiber,leaving one third unprocessed.To cope with this problem,a value-added technical plan is proposed here for shedding some light on related manufacturers.
