Research on reforming massive production management system in corn processing industry
With the aim of achieving sustainable development in the corn processing industry,some adjustment strategies such as stabilizing raw material supply,increasing technology input,optimizing fund and resources,and establishing market-oriented production pattern,are proposed in this paper for resolving the four main constraints of raw material supply,technology &e-quipment,capital resources,and market demand.To these ends,it is suggested to establish long-term and stable partnership and adopt diversified procurement strategies;highlight the need of introducing advanced technologies and equipment and setting up equipment maintenance systems;better configure fund and resources for saving and recycling purposes;and adjust production scale and product portfolios as per market demand.By implementing those management strategies,it is hopeful that massive production that features high efficiency,stability,and sustainability could be established in the corn processing industry so that it could be more competitive and grow stably in the long run.
