Application of grain freshness determination instrument in the determination of paddy freshness
Based on the principle of colorimetric method and spectroscopic technology,a grain freshness determination instru-ment was developed,which can quickly screen out fresh,sub-fresh,and non-fresh paddy.The accuracy,repeatability,inter-in-strument difference and detection time of the instrument were tested with paddy samples.The instrument also underwent appli-cation test at quality control agency.It has proven accuracy and repeatability,high detection efficiency,and applicability to the scenario demanding fast rice screening and procurement on site.
