This paper summarizes the development status-quo and existing problems of the rice bran oil industry in Jiangxi province,and discusses how to achieve quality development of the industry via such innovative measures as raising by-product utilization,strengthening promotion of rice bran oil products,drafting relevant standards,and enhancing technical collaboration and innovation.
