The effects of different standard solvents on aflatoxin B1's methodological verification
This study aimed to investigate the effects of different standard solvents on methodological verification of aflatoxin Bi.The results showed the spiked recovery rates of aflatoxin B1 verified with benzene-acetonitrile solvent were 0,and the resul-ting detection limit and limit of quantification all remained unmeasurable under state standards;the spiked recovery rates of afla-toxin B1 verified with acetonitrile solvent were 85.7%,91.2%,and 95.0%,and the detection limit was 0.005 μg/kg and limit of quantification was 0.01 μg/kg.Spiked recovery rates in the solvent replacement group were 83.6%,88.1%,and 90.2%,and the detection limit was 0.007 μg/kg and the limit of quantification was 0.02 μg/kg.When being implemented with methodologi-cal verification and quality control,the standard solution group with benzene-acetonitrile as solvent failed to meet state stand-ards,but both acetonitrile solvent group and solvent replacement group passed the standards.The findings in this study are of significance in guiding aflatoxin B1's methodological verification as well as the standard selection in quality control process of aflatoxin B1's routine detection.
