摘要
对湘钢3号高炉提产降耗的措施及成效进行了总结.3号高炉装料制度采用中心加焦模式,由于优质自产焦炭量不足,大量使用质量较差的外购焦炭后,日产量受到限制,焦比和燃料比较高.通过采取改善焦炭质量、优化操作制度、精细化操作等一系列措施,3号高炉煤气流分布更合理,操作炉型更稳定,主要技术经济指标逐步改善,提产降耗成效明显.2023年1-2月,3号高炉日产量上升到5600t/d以上,利用系数达到3.11t/(m3·d),焦比降低至355kg/t,燃料比降至515kg/t以下.
Abstract
The efforts and results of increasing production output and reducing energy consumption in Xianggang No.3 BF are introduced.For this furnace,central coke charging is adopted,but both the coke rate and fuel rate are high,and the daily output fails to reach the required one due to shortage of high-quality self-produced coke and usage of a large amount of poor quality coke outsourced.After improving coke quality,optimizing the operating system,and implementing delicacy operation management,the gas flow distribution of the furnace becomes better,the furnace operating profile is more stable,the main techno-economic indicators improve gradually,and a significant achievement is seen in the efforts of production output in-creasing and consumption reduction.From January to February 2023,the daily production output of the furnace rises to over 5600t/d,the productivity hits 3.11t/(m3·d),the coke rate drops to 355kg/t,and the fuel rate falls to less than 515 kg/t.
