柳钢4号高炉第一代采用明特法渣处理系统,投产后一直存在现场蒸汽量大、设备故障率高等问题,特别是冲渣水细渣含量高、渣水分离效果差,导致水系统管道、阀门、水泵等设备磨损严重.2022年,将明特法改为转鼓法,在提升泵房、冷却塔等主体结构利旧的基础上,主要对渣粒化工艺进行了更新,并结合场地条件进行改进,重点改进了冲渣水细渣分离工艺、组合式锥斗沉淀池、冷却塔配水系统及环保盖板设施.改造完成后,渣处理设备磨损明显减轻,设备故障率、维护量大幅降低;沉淀池前后的冲渣水细渣含量分别降为66mg/L和50mg/L,现场无明显蒸汽散逸.
Revamping Design of Liugang No.4 BF Slag Treatment System
Liugang No.4 BF works with Mingte slag treatment system in its first generation campaign,which has following problems after startup:large amount of steam generated on the site,high fault rate,and particularly heavy wearing of the e-quipment,such as pipes,valve and and pump of water system,caused by high fine slag content in the used blowing water and insufficient slag and water separation.In 2022,the Mingte process is replaced by the drum type process,where the ex-isting main structures of the pump house and cooling tower are reused,but the slag granulation process is revamped,mainly in the water and fine slag separation process,combined taper bucket sedimentation tank,water supply system of cooling tow-er,and environmental protection cover plate facility.After revamping,the equipment wearing,fault rate and maintenance workload are greatly reduced;the fine slag content in the water before and after the sedimentation tank drops to 66mg/L and 50 mg/L respectively,and no visible steam is found escaped from the equipment in the shop.
