添加热压铁块对宝钢2号高炉生产的影响

为了探索减少高炉碳排放的新途径,在宝钢2号高炉进行了添加热压铁块工业试验.从炉况顺行、煤气流、透气性、煤气发生量、热制度、渣比、日产量、CO2排放量等方面,阐述了添加热压铁块对2号高炉生产的影响.热压铁块比加到60 kg/t后的结果表明:①随着热压铁块比的提升,炉况顺行得到改善,入炉品位提高,燃料比大幅降低,产量提升,取得了明显的增产降耗效果;②焦比由基准期的415 kg/t降至353kg/t,燃料比从514kg/t降至最低488kg/t;③富氧率提升至4.255%,利用系数达到2.181t/(m3·d),日产量较基准期提高5.9%.
Role of HBI on the Production of Baosteel No.2 BF
A commercial test of charging hot-briquetted iron is carried out in Baosteel No.2 BF to figure out a new approach to reduce carbon emission of the furnace.It is introduced the role of HBI on the production of the furnace from furnace run-ning,gas permeability,gas amount generated,heat system,slag ratio,daily output,and CO2 emissions.As the amount of HBI increases to 60 kg/t,it is seen that(1)the furnace runs more smoothly as the rate of HBI increases,the grade of the charged ore improves,the fuel rate drops greatly and the output increases also,signifying an remarkable result in output in-crease and consumption reduction;(2)the coke rate falls from 415kg/t in the reference period to 353kg/t,and the fuel rate drops from 514 kg/t to 492 kg/t;(3)the oxygen enrichment rate climbs to 4.255%,and the productivity hits 2.181 t/(m3·d),the daily output is 5.9%higher than that in the base period.
