为了实现降本增效的目标,中天钢铁3号高炉开展了将块矿比例提高至35%以上的工业试验.工业试验期间,采取了包括定风量、控氧量以及减少喷煤量等措施,适当发展边沿气流兼顾中心气流,两股气流合理匹配,从而保证高炉具有良好的透气性,炉况稳定顺行.当块矿比例从17%提高至35%时,综合炉料的熔滴性能没有较大变化,相比只关注某一种原料的冶金性能,更应关注综合炉料的冶金性能.成本和经济效益测算表明,块矿比例提升至30%~35%时,铁水成本从3005.23元/t降到2956.53元/t,降幅达到48.7元/t,经济效益最好.
Industrial Test of Higher Lump Ore Percentage in Zhongtian Steel No.3 BF
For cutting down the production cost and boosting the production efficiency,an industrial test of smelting with higher lump ore percentage of over 35%is made in Zhongtian Steel No.3 BF,where the operators take some actions,inclu-ding supplying the blast at constant flow rate,controlling the oxygen flow rate and reducing pulverized coal injection amount,etc..In addition,the measures of keeping the edge gas flow develop appropriately,and making the central gas flow develop in coordination with that of the edge gas flow are also taken to ensure ideal permeability,stable and smooth running of the furnace.When the lump ore percentage is increased from 17%to 35%,the drip performance of the integrated charges does not change greatly,thus,the point of interest focuses on the metallurgical property of the integrated charge rather than that of one kind of raw material.The cost and economic benefit calculation show that when the lump ore percentage is increased to 30%-35%,the hot metal production cost falls from RMB 3005.23yuan/t to 2956.53yuan/t,i.e.decreasing by RMB 48.7yuan/t,which means the best economic benefit.
