从风口回旋区模拟谈风口参数对风量的影响

基于鞍钢新5号高炉生产数据,在考虑风口回旋区条件下,探讨了风口回旋区体积、风口直径及风口插入深度对风量的影响.结果表明:风口回旋区体积由0.6769 m3增大到0.718 6 m3时,风量从158.02 m3/min增加到163.41 m3/min,与空喷相比,风口风量更大;风口直径分别为110mm、115mm、120mm时,风口直径每扩大5 mm,风量依次增加了 5.81m3/min、12.16m3/min,与空喷相比,随着风口直径的增加,风量增加的趋势更加明显;风口插入深度分别为 480、500、520、560mm 时,风量分别为 159.61 m3/min、159.64m3/min、159.69m3/min、159.76m3/min,与空喷相比,随着风口插入深度的增加,风量会增大,但增幅较小.
Influence of Tuyere Parameters on Blast Volume Variation Estimated by Simulating the Tuyere Raceway
Based on the production data of Ansteel new No.5 BF,a research is carried out regarding the influence of raceway volume,tuyere diameter and tuyere insertion depth on the variation of blast volume with tuyere raceway assumed.The result shows when the volume of the tuyere raceway increases from 0.676 9 m3 to 0.718 6 m3,blast volume will increase from 158.02m3/min to 163.41m3/min accordingly,which is higher than the case without tuyere raceway;for the tuyeres with di-ameter of 110mm,115mm and 120mm,the blast volume will increase by 5.81 m3/min and 12.16m3/min for every 5mm en-largement of the tuyere diameter,and the increase trend of blast volume goes up with the increase of tuyere diameter as com-pared with the case without tuyere raceway;if the tuyere insertion depth is 480 mm,500 mm,520 mm or 560 mm,the blast volume will be 159.61 m3/min,159.64m3/min,159.69m3/min or 159.76m3/min respectively,that is to say,the blast volume increases with increase of the tuyere insertion depth as compared with the case without tuyere raceway,however,such increase is narrow.
