京唐3号高炉原燃料质量劣化下的提产创效措施

对京唐3号高炉原燃料质量劣化下的提产创效措施进行了总结.2021年7月,由于焦煤和秘鲁球团矿粉资源紧缺,原燃料质量劣化,3号高炉炉况稳定性减弱,炉墙水温差波动增大,铁水[Si]含量呈下降趋势.通过采取改善原燃料质量、优化装料制度、改善送风制度、稳定铁水[Si]、强化出铁管理等措施,尤其是装料制度坚持"打开中心、稳定边沿,稳定中心、照顾边沿"原则,炉况稳定性明显增强,日产量逐步提高.2022年4月,3号高炉焦比283.9kg/t,燃料比494.8kg/t,日产量12963t/d;5月,焦炭负荷达到6.01,利用系数达到2.40t/(m3·d)以上.

The efforts to increasing production and benefit in Jingtang Steel No.3 BF amid raw material and fuel quality dete-rioration are introduced.In July 2021,the furnace condition is not stable as before,the water temperature difference of fur-nace wall varies greatly,and the hot metal[Si]content slopes down for the reasons of the shortage of coking coal and Peruvi-an fine ore for pelletizing,and deterioration of raw material and fuel quality.As a response,the attempts of improving the quality of raw material and fuel,optimizing the charging system and the blasting system,stabilizing the hot metal[Si]con-tent,and strengthening the management of tapping are practiced.All these efforts,especially the charging system strategy of"Smoothening the central gas flow,and stabilizing both the center and edge gas flow",make the furnace running more and more stable,and the daily output steps up gradually.In April 2022,the coke rate and the fuel rate of the furnace drop to 283.9kg/t and494.8kg/t respectively,and the daily output reaches 12,963t/d.In May,the coke load falls to 6.01 and the productivity hits over 2.40t/(m3·d).
