新钢10号高炉降料面处理炉墙结厚实践

新钢10号高炉因烧结矿质量波动较大、炉况稳定性差及管道频繁发生等原因,出现炉墙结厚.首次采用降料面的方法处理炉墙结厚,降料面过程中炉况稳定,恢复上料后24h内炉况恢复正常.认为在降料面的过程中应密切关注煤气中H2、O2含量的变化,确保含H2量≤12%;随着料面的下降,炉墙结厚物逐步显露之后,结厚物下部受到高温煤气流冲刷作用,上部受到炉顶雾化水冷却作用,结厚物产生裂缝坍塌的过程中,温度的变化是关键.10号高炉炉墙结厚处理后,主要技术经济指标明显改善,日产量上升155 t/d,煤气利用率上升1.1个百分点,燃料比下降10kg/t.
Control of Wall Accretion by Lowering the Stockline in Xingang No.10 BF
Wall accretion occurs in Xingang No.10 BF due to great variation of sinter quality,instability of furnace condition,and frequent occurrence of stock column channeling problem.To control the wall accretion,the method of lowering the stock-line is attempted initially.While lowering the stockline,the furnace condition becomes more and more stable,and reinstates within 24 hours as charging resumes.It is suggested to carefully check the changes of H2 and O2 content in the gas to ensure H2 content is ≤12%while lowering the stockline;When the stockline is lowered to the point that the upper part of wall ac-cretion appear,the lower part of the accretion is scoured by the high temperature gas flow,and the upper part is cooled by the atomized water sprayed from the furnace top,the accretion will crack and drop due to temperature change mainly.With the wall accretion controlled,the main techno-economic indicators significantly improve:the daily output increases by 155 t/d,the gas utilization rate increases by 1.1%,and the fuel rate decreases by 10kg/t.
