首钢股份1号高炉炉役后期,炉缸某点热电偶温度689℃,理论计算炉缸侧壁炭砖侵蚀剩余厚度为400 mm,为保证1号高炉安全高效运行,在保留剩余炭砖的前提下,采用炉缸整体浇注对其进行修复.根据不同部位,炉缸整体浇注分为陶瓷杯杯底浇注、陶瓷杯侧壁浇注和风口区域浇注等步骤,同时在炉腹、炉腰及炉身部位喷涂造衬.1号高炉中修开炉后,炉缸侧壁温度稳定在250 ℃左右,说明炭砖脆性断裂区被控制到浇注料内;高炉生产稳定顺行,主要技术经济指标不断提升,特别是2022年10月,保持了高产低耗的生产局面.
Integral Casting Application for Repairing the Eroded Hearth of Shougang No.1 BF
In the later campaign stage of No.1 BF of Shougang Co.,Ltd,the hearth temperature measured by the thermocou-ple is 689℃ at the point,and the theoretically calculated remained thickness of the eroded carbon bricks on the side wall of the hearth is 400mm.For efficient and safety operation of the furnace,integral casting is used for repairing the hearth under the precondition of remaining the residual carbon brick,and such casting is carried out in three steps considering different parts of the hearth,i.e.casting of ceramic cup bottom,casting of the ceramic cup side wall and casting of the tuyere area.Additionally,the furnace parts of the belly,bosh and stack are relined by gunning.After blow-in,the temperature of the re-paired hearth sidewall keeps at 250 ℃ app.,signifying that the brittle fracture portion of the carbon bricksis enclosed by the castable.The furnace,then,runs stably and smoothly,its main techno-economic indicators improve steadily,and particular-ly,the furnace achieves high production and low consumption in October 2022.
