唐钢新区高炉提升煤比的措施及效果

唐钢新区高炉投产以来,原燃料质量波动导致了炉况不稳定,主要表现为煤气流不稳定,操作炉型不受控,为保持顺行主要采用轻负荷操作,煤比在125~135kg/t.通过采取改善原燃料质量、改进炉前出铁操作、优化工艺参数及调整操作制度等措施,煤比由130kg/t逐步提升到150kg/t以上,并稳定在160~170kg/t,同时实现了燃料比下降.认为:①高炉煤气流稳定、操作炉型规整是提升煤比的关键;②良好的原燃料质量是高炉稳定顺行的基础;③稳定的外部条件,减少操作影响,发展两股气流的上下部制度,有利于提升煤粉利用率.
Production Practice of Raising Coal Rate on Tangsteel BF
Since its startup,the blast furnace in Tangsteel New Area works unstably due to quality variation of raw materials and fuel,and such instability mainly falls on unstable gas flow and unbridled furnace operating profile,therefore the furnace has to be operated under the lower load with coal rate kept at 125-135 kg/t with the purpose of smooth running of the fur-nace.Thanks to the measures of upgrading the quality of raw materials and fuel,improving the tapping operation,optimizing the process parameters and adjusting the operation system,the coal rate gradually rises from 130kg/t to over 150kg/t,and stabilizes at 160-170kg/t with the fuel rate declined at the same time.It is believed that:(1)increasing coal rate depends on stable BF gas flow and regular furnace operating profile;(2)good quality of raw materials and fuel is the foundation of stable and smooth running of the furnace;(3)stable external conditions,minimum operation interference,and proper condi-tioning of the blasting and burden distribution for developing both the center and edge gas flow,all these are conducive to im-proving the utilization rate of pulverized coal.
