大冶特钢1号高炉因炉顶传动齿轮箱故障非计划休风64h 20min.为快速恢复炉况,针对休风时间长、无休风料、炉内负荷较重、炉缸热量损失大的状况,休风期对高炉进行有效保温,并以炉内快速加热炉缸,炉外顺利排净渣铁为思路制订复风方案,复风时提前燃烧热风炉,复风后尽快提高风温、尽早喷煤,适量加入净焦,准确把控加风、富氧及开风口节奏,并根据下料情况及时排净冷渣铁.通过以上措施,实现复风后8h全风作业,12h恢复至休风前正常生产水平.
Rapid Reinstatement of Daye Special Steel No.1 BF from Long-term Unscheduled Blow-down
No.1 BF of Daye Special Steel is blow-down for 64h 20min due to failure of the top transmission gearbox.To rein-state the furnace condition rapidly,the furnace temperature is preserved in blow-down period,and are blow-in scheme is formulated based on the concept of rapidly heating the hearth and fully discharging hot metal heel and slag considering the furnace situation of long-term blow-down,no blow-downstock,heavy furnace load,and great heat loss of the hearth.Before reblow-in,the hot stove is switched to combustion mode in advance;and after reblow-in,the blast temperature is increased rapidly,accompanied by timely injection of pulverized coal,charging of coke,accurate control of thepaces of blasting,oxy-gen enrichment and tuyere opening,and timely discharge of the cold slag and hot metal heel according to the tapping situa-tion.As a result,the furnace steps to full blast operation and resume its normal production only 8hours and 12hours respec-tively after reblow-in.
