Selection of Shaped Refractory Materials for Different Parts of Hot Stove
The hot stove can be divided into several zones according to the temperature.It is very important to carefully study and analyze the working conditions of each zone before selecting the refractory material.It is analyzed the service range and service conditions of the stove refractory materials,and the analysis focuses on the different temperature zones and selection of different shaped refractory materials,such as silica bricks,high-alumina bricks and clay bricks.It is pointed out that the correct way falls on selecting the refractory materials according to the service point,other than the way of"high design re-quirement,but usage of low grade material"or"low design requirement,but usage of high grade material";in addition to properly selecting refractory materials,the study should be enhanced on the basic performance of the refractory materials so as to figure out the correct application rules of refractory materials from the very beginning with the aim of reducing the cost and prolong the service life of the refractory materials.
