高比例球团矿冶炼高炉对焦炭质量要求严苛,从焦炭化学成分、物理性能、热态性能三个方面探讨了唐钢新区3座高炉投产以来,在采用35%~40%高比例球团冶炼条件下,焦炭质量对高炉焦比和煤比的影响.结果表明:焦炭平均粒度、CSR与焦比呈负相关关系,而焦炭灰分、CRI与焦比呈正相关关系;焦炭CRI与煤比呈负相关关系,CSR与煤比呈正相关关系.在唐钢新区目前原料条件下,焦炭灰分<12.5%、平均粒度>48 mm、M10<6.0%、CRI<22.0%、CSR>68.5%,高炉顺行可得到保证,焦比可控制在310kg/t以内.
Influence of Coke Quality Variation on BF Smelting under High Percentage of Pellets in Tangsteel New Area
Requirements of BF productionfor the coke quality is rigorous when furnaceis charged with high-percentage of pel-lets.It is studied the influence of coke quality on the coke rate and coal rate when three BFs of Tangsteel New Area operates under 35%-40%pellets from chemical composition,physical property and thermal properties of coke.The results indicate that the average particle size and CSR of coke correlate with coke ratenegatively,while the coke ash content and CRI correlate with coke rate positively;the coke CRI correlates negatively with the coal rate,but CSR correlates positively with coal rate.Under the current conditions of the raw materials,i.e.the coke ash content<12.5%,the average particle size>48mm,the M10<6.0%,the CRI<22.0%,and the CSR>68.5%,the furnace can run smoothly and the coke rate can be kept<310kg/t.
