为了促进煤粉燃烧,降低高炉燃料比,简要分析了风口喷吹生石灰对高炉的影响,并在马钢2号高炉进行了风口喷吹生石灰工业试验.工业试验结果表明:①适当降低炉顶入炉料的碱度,将生石灰与煤粉混匀后从风口喷入,生石灰最大喷入量为34.76kg/t,炉腹渣量相应降低到217.24kg/t,同时理论燃烧温度降低19℃,低于喷吹等量煤粉所降低的理论燃烧温度值.②与基准期相比,喷吹生石灰后高炉炉况稳定顺行,增产降耗效果明显.③第二次试验期间,煤粉中生石灰配比最高达到3.50%,平均生石灰喷吹量4.9 kg/t,校正后燃料比降低2.59 kg/t,日产量增加 24.56t/d.
Commercial Test of Quicklime Injection at Masteel No.2 BF
To ensure sufficient pulverized coal combustion and reduce the fuel rate of the furnace,an analysis is made on the influence of quicklime injection on the BF working condition and production.Masteel No.2 BF undergoes a commercial test of the quicklime injection through the tuyere,and the test results show:(1)properly weakening the basicity of the stocks charged,and injecting the quicklime that has been evenly mixed with the pulverized coal at the max.quicklime injection rate of34.76kg/t,can reduce the slag generation at the furnace belly,and decrease the theoretical combustion temperature by 19℃,a figure,which is lower than that one when injecting the same rate of pulverized coal;(2)compared with the refer-ence period,the furnace runs more stably and smoothly after injecting the quicklime,and output increases and consumption reduces significantly;(3)during the second test,the proportion of injected quicklime in the pulverized coal climbs up to 3.5%with the average injection rate of4.9kg/t,the rectified fuel rate drops by 2.59kg/t and the daily output increases by 24.56t/d.
