Measures for Improving Gas Utilization Rate in Hydrogen-based Shaft Furnace of ZXHT
The measures for improving the gas utilization rate of the hydrogen-based shaft furnace of ZXHT.are summarized.The operators encounter the furnace problems of high COG consumption and low comprehensive utilization rate of gas,thus a host of measures are carried out,for example,upgrading the pellet quality,increasing the inlet temperature of the reducing gas to the furnace,regulating the H2O and CO2 content in the circulating reducing gas,adopting reasonable reduction sys-tem,optimizing the automatic control program,and improving the operation rate.These measures bring significant improve-ment of the furnace technoeconomic indicators.The time for start-up to restoring the normal production is shortened from 10 h to 3h,the daily output of DRI increases by 300t/d,the COG consumption falls to less than 560m3/t,the ore ratio drops from 1.400 to below 1.352,the DRI qualification rate hits 100%,the utilization rate of H2 and CO climb to 18.5%-19.5%and 33.5%-34.5%respectively,and the comprehensive utilization rate of coal gas rises to 30%-31%.
