摘要

鞍钢鲅鱼圈1号高炉从2010年开始实施喷吹焦炉煤气(COG)项目,首次在4000m3级别高炉进行COG和煤粉混合喷吹工业试验.试验结果表明:①喷吹COG能够起到降低固体燃料消耗量及减少CO2排放量的良好效果,COG喷吹量16.06~36.49m3/t,燃料比降低11~18kg/t,在不考虑其他影响因素的条件下,COG与固体燃料的置换比达到0.49~0.68kg/m3,吨铁CO2排放量减少29~55kg/t;②喷吹COG使炉缸煤气量增加,风口前理论燃烧温度降低,煤气利用率有所提升,同时炉顶煤气中H2含量增加明显;③将COG用于高炉喷吹应进行二次净化,以避免因堵塞问题导致喷吹COG系统无法长期稳定运行.

Abstract

Anshan Bayuquan Steel No.1 BF starts coke oven gas(COG)injection in 2010,and the first industrial test of in-jection of COG and pulverized coal mixture is carried out in the 4000m3 blast furnace.The test results reveal that:(1)the injection of COG can significantly reduce the consumption of solid fuel and reducing CO2 emissions:when COG injection a-mount accounts for 16.06-36.49 m3/t,the fuel rate drops by 11-18 kg/t;the replacement ratio of COG and solid fuel rea-ches 0.49-0.68 kg/m3 without considering other influencing factors,and the CO2 emission is reduced by 29-55 kg/t HM;(2)injection of COG can make hearth gas increasing,both the gas utilization rate and H2 content in the top gas increase more or less,but the theoretical combustion temperature before the tuyere decreases.(3)the COG shall be cleaned seconda-rily before injection to prevent the COG injection system fails to keep long time stable running due to clogging problem.
