Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 3D-Slicer 3D reconstruction technology assisted neuroendoscopic surgery in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were collected. They were divided into control group(n=48,neuroendoscopic sur-gery)and observation group(n=50,3D-Slicer 3D reconstruction technology assisted neuroendo-scopic surgery). The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were recorded and com-pared,and the perioperative indicators, laboratory indicators and prognosis indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.00%vs 83.33%)(P<0.05).The op-eration time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, and the hematoma clearance rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Af-ter treatment, the levels of CRP、TNF-α、NSE and NHISS、mRS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the ADL score was higher, especially in the observation group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D-Slicer 3D reconstruction technology assisted neuroendoscopic surgery in the treatment of cer-ebral hemorrhage has significant curative effect, which can improve the hematoma clearance rate, reduce surgical trauma, promote the recovery of patients'daily life function and nerve function, and has certain safety.
