对大规格泥地轮胎胎面胶配方进行优化.结果表明:与正常配方胶料相比,优化配方胶料的300%定伸应力增大,DIN磨耗性能提高,其他各项物理性能相当;60 ℃时的损耗因子降低约20%,压缩生热降低,压缩爆破时间延长;与生产轮胎相比,同规格优化轮胎的高速性能提高,符合企业标准要求.
Optimization of Tread Compound Formula for Mud Tires
The tread compound formula for large-sized mud tires was optimized.The results showed that compared with the normal formula compound,the modulus at 300% elongation of the optimized formula compound increased,the DIN wear was improved,and other physical properties were equivalent,the loss factor at 60 ℃ was reduced by about 20%,the compression heat build-up was reduced,and the compression burst time was prolonged.Compared with the production tire,the high-speed performance of the optimized tire improved,meeting the requirements of enterprise standards.
