摘要
对乌兹别克斯坦橡胶厂项目中的电气工程项目施工管理进行优化.介绍该橡胶厂项目中的电气工程项目的概况及特点,通过从人力资源、设备材料需求和施工设备备用方面进行施工管理优化.经过优化管理,弥补了电气安装施工工程管理的缺陷,确保了整个项目的顺利实施,保证了整个工期,同时提高了电气工程项目施工质量,节约了成本.
Abstract
The construction management of electrical engineering projects in the Uzbekistan rubber plant project was optimized.The overview and characteristics of the electrical engineering project in the rubber plant project were introduced,and the construction management was optimized from the aspects of human resources,equipment and material requirements,and construction equipment backup.Through optimized management,the deficiencies in electrical installation and construction project management were remedied,ensuring the smooth implementation of the entire project and the entire construction period.At the same time,the construction quality of electrical engineering projects was improved with saved costs.
