摘要
介绍当前我国轮胎行业经济运行状况,分析出口、配套、维修替换三大市场的影响,指出轮胎行业发展中的变化特点和突出问题,并对2024年轮胎行业发展进行展望.2023年我国轮胎行业经济运行状况好于预期,国内轮胎出口火爆和国内汽车产销增幅大对轮胎配套利好远超预期,替换维修市场中半钢和全钢子午线轮胎消费量有一定增长.当前面临的突出问题是仍存在产能结构式过剩、针对我国轮胎产品贸易摩擦和壁垒已扩展到海外基地、发展需依靠自主创新和持续加大科研投入、应对低碳发展和碳中和要求、亟需数字化和智能化来驱动轮胎制造.2024年国内轮胎产量将保持小幅增长,轮胎行业应坚定信心,坚持科技和管理创新,重视低碳研究,致力于轮胎碳中和,关注并应对原材料供给和价格变化,抓牢三大市场,实现做强做大.
Abstract
The current economic operation status of the Chinese tire industry was introduced,the impact of three major markets of export,OE and maintenance and replacement was analyzed,the changing characteristics and prominent problems in the development of the tire industry were pointed out,and prospects for the development of the tire industry in 2024 were provided.The economic performance of the domestic tire industry was better than expected in 2023.The booming domestic tire exports and the significant increase in domestic automobile production and sales had benefited tire OE far beyond expectations.The consumption of semi-steel and all steel radial tires in the replacement and maintenance market had shown certain growth.The currently facing prominent problems were still the structural overcapacity of production capacity,the trade frictions and barriers aiming at domestic tire products expanding to overseas bases,the development relying on independent innovation and continuous increasing in scientific research investment,meeting the requirements of low-carbon development and carbon neutrality,and an urgent need for digitization and intelligence to drive tire manufacturing.In 2024,domestic tire production will maintain a slight growth,the tire industry should have firm confidence,adhere to technological and management innovation,attach importance to low-carbon research,commit to tire carbon neutrality,pay attention to and respond to changes in raw material supply and prices,and grasp the three major markets,so as to achieve strength and expansion.
