摘要
研究以2+7×0.30ST钢丝帘线替代3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线在12R22.5 18PR无内胎子午线轮胎带束层中的应用.结果表明:使用2+7×0.30ST钢丝帘线的成品轮胎外缘尺寸、耐久性能、高速性能和滚动阻力满足国家或企业标准要求;单胎质量减小,生产成本降低,可以更好地满足市场需求.
Abstract
The application of 2+7×0.30ST steel cord instead of 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord in belts of 12R22.5 18PR tubeless radial tire was studied.The results showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,durability,high-speed performance and rolling resistance of the finished tire using 2+7×0.30ST steel cord met the requirements of national or enterprise standards.The single tire weight and production cost were reduced,which could better meet the market demand.
