介绍225/45ZR17 94W XL超高性能轿车子午线轮胎的设计.结构设计:外直径626 mm,断面宽234 mm,行驶面宽度191mm,行驶面弧度高8 mm,胎圈着合直径435.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度206 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.95,采用4条纵沟的非对称花纹设计,花纹深度8 mm,花纹饱和度70.5%,花纹周节数72.施工设计:带束层采用2层3×0.28ST超高强度钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层1100dtex/2增强型聚酯帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、硫化机硫化.成品性能测试结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、脱圈阻力、高速性能和耐久性能均达到相应的设计和国家标准要求,轮胎的舒适性、干湿地操纵性能和干湿地制动距离与竞品相当.
Design of 225/45ZR17 94W XL Ultra-high Performance Passenger Car Radial Tire
The design of 224/45ZR17 94W XL ultra-high performance passenger car radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 626 mm,cross-section width 234 mm,width of running surface 191mm,arc height of running surface 8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 435.2 mm,bead width at rim seat 206 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2)0.95,adopting asymmetrical pattern design with 4 longitudinal grooves,pattern depth 8 mm,block/total ratio 70.5%,and number of pattern pitches 72.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:two layers of 3×0.28ST ultra-high strength steel cord for belt,two layers of 1100dtex/2 enhanced polyester cord for carcass,using a one-stage building machine to build tires and a vulcanizing press to cure tires.The finished tire performance test results showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,bead unseating resistance,high-speed performance and durability all met the corresponding design and national standards,and the tire's comfort,dry and wet handling performance,dry and wet braking distance were comparable to those of competitors.
