研究间同异构聚丁二烯弹性体AT400(简称AT400)在全钢子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用.结果表明,在胎肩垫胶中以AT400部分替代天然橡胶,并减小炭黑N330用量,对胶料的硫化特性和硫化胶的物理性能影响较小,胶料的生热降低,成品轮胎的耐久性能提高.
Application of Isomeric Polybutadiene Elastomer AT400 in Shoulder Pad Compound of All-steel Radial Tire
The application of isomeric polybutadiene elastomer AT400(referred to as AT400)in the shoulder pad compound of all-steel radial tires was studied.The results showed that by partially replacing natural rubber with AT400 and reducing the amount of carbon black N330 in the shoulder pad compound,the vulcanization characteristics of the compound and the physical properties of the vulcanizate were less affected,the heat build-up of the compound decreased,and the durability of the finished tire was improved.
