Causes Analysis and Solutions of Inner Exposed Cords of All-steel Off-The-Road Radial Tire
The causes of inner exposed cords of all-steel off-the-road radial tires were analyzed and solutions were proposed.By taking measures such as ensuring that the flat width of the building machine and circumference of the belt fitting drum were reasonable,maintaining stable size of the extruded rubber strip on the winding machine,ensuring consistent circumference of the forming drum fan-shaped block,preventing the rubber pad from being misaligned,compacting the inner layer joint and setting the vulcanization shoping pressure reasonably,the problem of inner exposed cords in the tire had been effectively solved.
