子午线轮胎有限元分析平台的开发

使用Python编程语言编写脚本,对轮胎在Abaqus软件中的有限元建模过程进行二次开发,搭建子午线轮胎有限元分析平台,将复杂的有限元建模过程参数化,并以11.00R20载重子午线轮胎为例对有限元建模过程进行验证.结果表明,二次开发的有限元分析平台在保证仿真精度的前提下,将原来需要1~2 h才能完成的轮胎有限元建模过程缩短至2 min左右即可完成,极大地提高了工作效率.有限元分析平台的搭建对于有限元分析在轮胎行业中应用的推广和轮胎性能的优化有着十分重要的意义.
Development of Finite Element Analysis Platform for Radial Tires
Using Python programming language to write scripts,secondary development on the finite element modeling process of tires in Abaqus software was performed,a radial tire finite element analysis platform was built,the complex finite element modeling process was parameterized,and the finite element modeling process was validated by using 11.00R20 truck and bus radial tire as an example.The results showed that the secondary development of the finite element analysis platform shortened the tire finite element modeling process,from the original 1~2 hours to approximately 2 minutes,greatly improving work efficiency,while ensuring the simulation accuracy.The construction of a finite element analysis platform was of great significance for promoting the application of finite element analysis in tire industry and the optimization of tire performance.
