Dynamics Simulation of 12R22.5 All-steel Truck and Bus Radial Tire
The dynamics simulation of 12R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire under static,steady and dynamic conditions was carried out.The uniaxial tensile test of the rubber material of the tire was carried out,and the test data were fitted in the simulation software using the Yeoh model as the rubber material's constitutive model.The two-dimensional and three-dimensional finite element models of the tire were established,the static condition simulation was carried out,and steady-state and dynamic condition simulations were carried out on this basis.The results showed that the simulation accuracy was high in some static and steady conditions.The simulation method was applicable to static,steady and dynamic conditions.
