摘要

研究新癸酸镍在半钢子午线轮胎带束层胶中的应用.结果表明,与0.8份新癸酸钴胶料相比,在带束层胶中以0.5份新癸酸镍部分替代新癸酸钴,胶料的粘合性能、物理性能基本相当,轮胎的高速性能、耐久性能均满足企业标准要求,同时可降低轮胎的生产成本.

Abstract

The application of nickel neodecanoate in the belt compound of steel-belted radial tires was studied.The results showed that compared to the compound with 0.8 phr cobalt neodecanoate,partially replacing cobalt neodecanoate with 0.5 phr nickel neodecanoate in the belt compound resulted in similar adhesive and physical properties of the compound,the high-speed performance and durability of the tire met the requirements of enterprise standards,and the production cost of tires was reduced.
