摘要

分析全钢载重子午线轮胎0.带束层散线缺陷发生的原因,通过有限元仿真方法模拟轮胎成型过程中胎面辊压对0.带束层帘线末端散线位置橡胶的影响.通过优化成型辊压参数,减小0.带束层帘线末端散线位置橡胶的应变,使轮胎0.带束层散线缺陷发生率由0.4%降低到0.18%,在提高轮胎质量的同时也创造了良好的经济效益.

Abstract

The reasons for the loose lines in 0° belt of all-steel truck and bus radial tires were analyzed,and the effect of rolling tread on the rubber at the loose line position of the 0° belt cord end was simulated during the tire building process through finite element simulation.By optimizing the building rolling parameters to reduce the strain of the rubber at the 0° belt cord end,the occurrence rate of loose line defects in 0° belt of the tire was reduced from 0.4%to 0.18%,which not only improved the quality of the tire,but also created good economic benefits.
