Comparative Analysis of Indoor Performance Testing Standards for Passenger Car Tire in Different Countries and Regions
The indoor performance testing standards for passenger car tires in China,Europe, the United States,Brazil,India and Indonesia were compared and analyzed, mainly focusing on differences in test temperature, inflation pressure and driving time for parameters such as inflated peripheral dimension,high-speed performance,durability,low-pressure durability, bead unseating resistance, strength performance,to provide guidance for establishing internal control test standards within enterprises,so as to ensure that tire product performance meets the regulatory requirements of various countries. The results showed that the inflated peripheral dimension test needed to adopt the most stringent values requirements of various countries'standards. The high-speed performance test could generally meet the requirements of various countries according to Chinese standards.Differences in durability, bead unseating resistance, and strength performance testing standards among countries are relatively small, and general enterprise standards could meet the requirements.
